5 individuals, together with an off-duty police officer, died after a lethal capturing in a North Carolina residential space.
One other police officer and a K9 officer have been transported to the hospital with non-life threatening accidents.

Raleigh Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin acknowledged a number of individuals have been late this afternoon and that the suspect had been “contained” at a residence within the space.

A WakeMed Hospital spokesperson acknowledged three individuals have been being handled, however their circumstances have been unknown.
